Returns and exchanges

For hygiene reasons, opened lip and beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Custom press-ons and made-to-order items are final sale, as each set is created specifically for you.
